I was wondering how they decide where you go for the test, I live in Etobicoke so Mississauga makes sense, but Magnum lives in Ajax so you'd think he would go to Scarborough like you are.

Yes Mississauga, was quite surprised at the speed between test and oath, at the test the immigration peeps were quoting 3-4 months before we would hear from them again.

Reading the guide it shows he can volunteer, that's pretty clear, but I guess the problem you may have is that he wants to volunter in the profession he will work in, which is probably the difficult...

When I was in the UK I got my lenses from Asda, and that included free yearly check ups.

So do you use an optician for your check ups and prescription, and then order you lenses online?

Ok so we have managed after alot of ringing around to get the insurance down to $4800. Which is better than the $7000 ones we got at first ;)

Pick the car up tomorrow, if hubby has another...

Well I'm not in pain......the fillings apparently have some decay around them, so need re-doing. Mind you my last NHS dentist did 2 of them and she was pretty rubbish.
