The medical forms are for the children. When you receive visa in passports etc and forms for landing they send you medical forms for the children, it basically is a tick list for the doctors to fill...

We are in Whitehaven. Been here 5 years moved up from Liverpool, hubby has always worked up here, and got fed up with the commute!!!! Where were you? and where are you now?

Thanks for that Stef, I thought the same about the animals but someone mentioned to me out there they had theirs on the goods to follow list, so suddenly paniced!!! The thought of them not coming...
