Hi, yes one copy for them one for you, we not sure on the fee's it depends on what local shipping agent gets used - we looked online and other said expect to pay between 150-250 dollars.

Thanks, we have just rang immigration at Toronto and because we have the forms we got sent to re-send our sons PR form off, they said that we will be fine! So that's one worry gone.

We found a great summer cottage for rent over winter so if you plan when you arrive you can get get a great deal, we found a 3 bed all inclusive for only 900 a month, and it wasn't the only one out...

The pet shipping companies charge a fortune - cheapest quote we got was just under £1000.

We are being charged 100 euros by Icelandair plus the $30 tax when we arrive.
