If you don't mind me asking, how long after the centre received your medicals by post did you find out your medicals were good to go, and how did they notify you?

HGerchikov has the right idea. Best bet is to check the Ministry of Education website for whichever province you plan to go to. Up until a few years ago, Nova Scotia cut off date was October 31st...

I used to live in Kingston ON, it's a nice 'little' city. Still has some of the problems of the bigger cities (can't get away from that completely) but it is ideally located within driving distance...

12 month paid parental leave is everywhere in Canada. Heck I just took a chunk of it myself. :) Wife is taking the rest. And with the employer top-up, we are making the same as when we both work....

Will depend on which province you are bringing it too. I'm pretty sure when I moved to NS they asked how long I had owned the car, to determine if I needed to pay any NS taxes on the sale/value.
