Default car recommendation

what is a good car to get regards to reliability / fuel consumption - oh wants a pick up or something that'll ferry 2 big dribbly dogs regularly, we'll be over on a twp so i figure get somethin non too expensive then once get pr splash out on somethin better. opinions please

I'm too jealous to offer any advice to anyone in a position to splash out on a car.

(Flederman has an old GMC Sonoma that's good on fuel and reliable, also has room for dogs especially if you transport them Canadian style, ie loose in the back of the truck)

googled that - nice and saw some cheap too rather have something with a back on it tho - dont want dogs takin a leap of faith! something similar to a toyota surf

lol i'm with you Fled, i'm still driving round in my donated Pontiac shitfire that Ducks parents gave me!!!!!

Mind you having to drive a mile down a gravel road to the house means theres no new paintwork to worry about getting chipped

Something German or Japanese if you want it to last, we've got a Toyota RAV4 and it suits us fine.

Good on fuel, large interior, and 4x4 in the snow.
