So it would appear that if I do leave Canada on my TWP then I will have to get a Visitor Visa to reenter....

Hi all

I've been in Canada now for over six months on a TWP as a software engineer. When I got here the company that got me over unexpectedly shut down, but I got another job with a different one...

On hearing the experience of others here in the same company as myself, of the same nationality and job, they seemed to only need their passport and permit. Hopefully it will be the same for me.

One last thing, even when I had my last TWP it still said that it doesn't guarantee re-entry. :\

I am currently in Nova Scotia on a GATS work permit soon to become a full work permit. My question is that I intend to visit the US for Christmas, but am unsure what docs I should have to...

Well, I guess this is my visit every once in a while. There is something that I am not entirely sure of since moving from London to Canada, but in terms of visiting the US do I still do the ESTA...
