I think that you are right, that it would be useful to do background checks on future employees. I think its the naming of thousands of pedophiles and perverts, showing there faces and addresses....

Most times its cheaper to buy second hand here in Spain as there is always papers full of electric appliances at a very low price. Buy a power surge protector as many people lose every thing in one...

I own a number of commercial properties in and around fuengirola that I long let out to X pats. I have found that most English bar owners tend to try anything that will improve there...
