most people dont drink nearly enough plain old fashioned water, especially here, between heat outdoors and dehydrating aircon systems we have to be more vigilant

I have never understood the need for a personal trainer - just like a shrink - Bandler of NLP once said something like its in a shrinks interest to keep you as sick as possible rather than offer the solution which would reduce his salary.
Same thing for a PT - keeps you in a gym for 1 hr as it fits with his or her schedule and salary expectations !

A lot of people don't have the self discipline to push themselves that extra bit to make the exercises work. They also may not have an understanding how to do exercises correctly or use the machines properly.

Its hard to imagine how you can screw up basic excercises that i described.
But each to their own i suppose.
