I had my assessment this morning with the PT, went really well, fingers crossed and all that

So who is coming to YAS Marina on Friday lunchtime to watch the triathlon.

May trigger some inner urge to become a triathlete, or for the lads, to oggle at some pretty tasty chicks.

Starts at around 11am, should be a great morning/afternoon.

Me...and yes it has triggered an urge. Not sure about some of the tri suits being worn by the competitors though.

Saw a bike wipe out on the turn by the hotel. Took ages for ambulance to get to the poor soul.

that was my mate, he is okay and more importantly, his bike is fine.

What a great day, loved every moment of it. the facilities for supporters was second to none.

Great wetsuit swim also!!

There was a lot of people there watching it which was great.

oh, and i came in the top 10

WeeScot was there also and had a great run!!

yea, i did the olympic distance wave 3 12:40 start. (red swim caps)

There was 167 starters in the male olympic.
