Re: Newbies....Introduce yourselves to the ME crowd
Hi,
am quite wondering about the discussions I somehow initated...
@MacScot: My focus is on waste management...
@MH: A lot of my former colleagues in the Philippines were Dutch (mainly marine biologists to help communities about coastal and fishery resource management)... May start a new thread soon about the pros and cons of living in Mirdif, you seem somehow to be a kind of ambassador for this area... Details to follow...
Regards

Re: Newbies....Introduce yourselves to the ME crowd
I have a background in marine biology (mostly pollution ecology) as well, and have my own company and prepare Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), construction and operational Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), environmental monitoring, as well as wastewater and waste management plans - mainly for the mining and minerals industry, forestry and pulp mills, subsea electric transmission industry, oil and gas industries, and coastal developments. Will make contact again and PM you when you are over here in Dubai.
Cheers.
Cheers.

Re: Newbies....Introduce yourselves to the ME crowd
Hi again...
@MH: Maybe not so much about deutsche Gründlichkeit, rather trying to avoid queries that have been asked and asked all over again...
@MacScot: OK, looking forward to meeting you once the paperwork is under control over there...
@Sue: Thanks a lot, am already enjoying it...
To all others... Thanks a lot, too, but hope there is nothin wrong with me when I sometimes don't have a glue what the discussion is about...
Cheers
