So far, as far as I can see, Kempinski and Emirates Palace are not denying, they are not admitting, they are simply stalling. Again. And Again. And Again.
I hope for 2 things, 1 much more important than the other.
1 - Courts find in favour of Natalie and Kempinski / EP have to provide life saving support
2 - Kempinski / EP get hammered worldwide for the PR disaster they are bringing on. This is classic PR "What not to do in a crisis 101" - Engage? Acknowledge? Address the issue? Apologise? Review standards? Conduct (or even promise) an enquiry?
Or just sit there.... deleting FB comments...
It's sad and pathetic. I will never give Kempinski a single dirham ever.

Probably true - also - those at the very top probably spend 1m AED easily in a day without batting an eyelid... seriously, money is no object to these people.

Supporters have literally bombarded sites that relate to Emirates Palace, Kempinski, partners, sponsors, tour Co's, insurance Co etc etc. Look on any comments page and you will see messages of Justice For Natalie. The EP PR dept must be in melt down. I imagine a few meetings and conference calls have taken place already.

I don't lnow what else we can do. We have liked the FB group, signed the petition and some of us have tried to get press coverage but got no response from the family. We're also boycotting Kempinski, some have contacted senior staff in their head office too.
We'd love to do more, but what else can we do? That's a serious question.

I have just been saying I wish there is more we could do as well. I am guessing that until 9th August has come and gone we won't know, everything crossed that Kempinski will do the right thing and Natalie can get the medical attention she needs. If that doesn't happen then I think they will have to start asking for financial help in order to get the much needed care to help her. Not sure what form that will take, I am sure there will be plenty of people who would like to contribute, sponsor an event or the like to try and help.

I spoke to a friend of a friend who knows her. The treatment/operation etc she needs is hundreds of thousands of pounds. I'm afraid this one is not something a Fundraiser can cure, but it is something the hotel can sort out. It makes me so angry.
