I believe this pic is of a British soldier. Humour in the face of adversity, a true British trait.

Re: What makes Britain Great?
What made Britain Great was the Empire and that has gone like snow in the Spring. Well, London still has Gibraltar, the Falkland Islands and Dependencies, Tristan da Cunha, St Helena and British Antarctic Territory. Has London signed away tutelage over Diego Garcia ?
