I was at Hakkasan yesterday for the first time and was surprised by
its inclusion on this list - while the cooking was certainly very good
indeed and I'd happily return, neither cuisine nor ambience seemed to
have that factor that lifts a restaurant above the excellent and into
the realms of the special, IYKWIM.
