I was at the Remembrance service in London yesterday - just as an onlooker. The stream of Service people took about half an hour to march past and the crowd clapped them the whole time. Very moving! This was apart from a French couple who talked through the 2 minute silence and glared at me when I asked them to be quiet! (And we were just across the road from Prince William who was taking the salute as they marched into Horseguards )
