When Nomad met Cleri...WTMTP part 2

Yep, it's something you have to do once. We took our youngest granbrats back in 02 and they loved it. Queued up for hours (it seemed) to get autographs from all the characters. Mind you, it was frightening to see adults in the same queue with no accompanying children to be seen anywhere.
If it was for Snow White, Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty then it might've been me

Have to do it for the little ones... But I tell you that for the money the 9 of us spent we could have all gone on two nice cruises or spent a month in Europe.
We are running around like chickens because next Saturday is our big fiesta we have every year for all our friends, relatives and neighbors.
We expect around 150 people this year. It is such fun to do it but also a lot of work.
We do a theme party. This year it is "Summer of Love".
We have two signature drinks we serve at the start one is red one is yellow and they are called Strawberry Fields and Yellow Submarine
We have a band that will cover the 60’s music. And we give everyone beads and piece signs to ware and flowers for their hair and all kinds of period stuff.
Dagmar and I will dress up in costume I have a pchycodelic shirt and bell bottoms and an Afro wig to ware and so on.
We try to make it a memorable time for all our friends. It has become a tradition and we love to do it even if it is exhausting and we never even get to eat because we are so busy making sure everyone has a great time.
So we are running around trimming the bushes, sweeping up, weeding the gardens, etc etc so the place looks its best when they get here.
I love it.

Blimey Paul I'm worn out just reading about it, hope it all goes off to plan and you and Dagmar have a great time as well as all your friends and family.

There is BB in the area but when we applied for a landline we could not get one as there was no room on the exchange but Telefonica gave us a digital radio phone with a special deal for dialup. We have thought about asking them if they now have a landline for us as we noticed our new neighbours have a landline now but unless they will give us one for nowt it will have to wait until the exchange rates improves. We have looked at mobile and other suppliers of BB but they want mega money to connect (well mega money in my opinion). Just think how exciting it will be for me when I get it

We pay 22 euros a month for the dialup that's half what we would have to pay for the BB, of course we would not have to pay for our phone calls if we had BB, I don't ring anyone I wait for them to ring me...........it can be a bloody long wait

Phew, thank goodness I read a bit further; for a minute I thought we were talking Big Brother.
