Fitness I feel ready. I feel this extra wait is a hinderence if anything. Interview I have no clue. I have researched wapol and read forums etc but have no idea what they are going to ask. What u been revising?

Can anyone clarify what way the girls are expected to do push ups? I know it's full ones and the cone has to touch the sternum. Obviously a girls sternum is slightly different than a fellas in that a girl has a chest. Does the cone have to touch the girls chest or the very top of the sternum (nearly bottom of the throat) about their chest? I'd really appreciate any info on this guys
