Fadsie..... 15.52 ??? Holy shrikes..... Now that's impressive....
I thought my pb of 16.02 today was pretty nifty on a full run through... and not too shabby for a fat lad!! We shall see on Thursday mate... Bring it on!!!

Mate I have done that time once and the others are 16.2 16.5 etc. Ill take 16.99 on the day mate. Looking forward to it now mate

Well i know i havent posted much on here but thought i would put a quick line on so people get a rough idea of pass/fail rates as lets face it this will affect our odds of getting through. I was on the first lot of tests and thank god i passed the fitness....agility took me by suprise...im a 17stone rugby player (not built to be agile). Those of you yet to do it really need to practise it all including the press up and the sit up.....there were 5 of us in my session and i think 5 in the evening session. 3 of 5 of us passed the other two got done by the dredded agility test. Bleep test was my main concer but with a couple of the blokes running with me staying on for that extra level as i had to do 10.1 it really helped. The pressure of the day will get you through it if youve trained. If i lass the interview i plan to set up a facebook group for all of the people who got through and their partners for moving advice tips etc. Also partners will need a good group of people to help settle and have a few people to chat to if need be.

Yaaaaay!!! I've just passed! So so pleased. Joining the waiting game now.
There were 9 people today. EVERYONE passed the agility. A few dropped on bleep test an one the grip test, was so close! Such a shame.

So 4 out of 9 failed today? Just not on the agility? What level bleep did they have to get to?? Would have thought everyone would have trained for that!!!
