Each level is made of 20 meters' repetitions, for example the 1st level is 7 times 20 meters, the second is 8 times 20 meters, and so on...

If you read carefully the selection notice, the answer is on page 9/14. You start building Eu pension scheme OR you can stay in your national pension (FX will pay contributions to your country pension system).
a lot of questions about eu staff are answered in the staff regulations , again page 9/14 for enough curious people.
Yes , this is a contract offer so what ? If you are not ready for this and risk a bit, well .. you should not apply maybe and look for a less "adventurous" job.... Regardless of the selection procedure, this won't be an "easy" job, be prepared to be on mission about 8 months a year Somewhere in Europe or further in hard conditions and in a very short delay (look what happen in Greece), with family away maybe in Warsaw where you will be barely 4 months a year including holidays.
I was used to this rythm in a former job and i had no kids. So believe me, 5 years contract will be more than enough for a lot of people.
I think this job is really for fully commited, flexible and yes, adventurous people in the current conditions offered.

"For enough curious people"...? Assuming that I am not curious enough?... obviously.
I am, though. Therre are two pensions as you know. Your police pension and your national pension. I mean the national pension. If you choose Frontex to pay your national pension, I assume that you are going to build up another pension next to that..? From Frontex itself? Like you do also witth your national police force and APART from that with your national authorities. That was my question. Perhaps I missed it on THE page 9/14 but it is not clear to ME so I ask it here.
It surprises me that the same questions can be asked here 100 times over and over again about the beep test, sit ups etc, which are just standard tests, and everyone replies 100 times the same answer. However when it comes to questions of financial nature, pension, quitting your job, the risk of that etc then suddenly it seems like the on asking is whining, too stupid to find the info, not adventurous enough or it is questioned why one is doubting at all about a new, temporary contract at all.
In my opinion, those are the most important considerations in this matter. A contract, "so what"?
Well, do you have a mortgage, Clem? Are you almost 50 years old,Clem? Or maybe you can take paid leave? I can't.
Do you live in a country that requires working until 67,2 years before getting a National pension or a police pension at all? I do not know, but:
To me it seems quite normal to discuss these things on a forum. I appreciate your answer, but there is some scorn in it as well and it does not seem very fiendly.
Anyway, I will not discuss this anymore here on this forum. Let's move on to another explanation and more pictures/schedules of the beep test and how to do the sit-ups!!! That's what it is about, isnt it.

Chantal, too much drama! If at 50 years you don't have a clear pension plan, I wouldn't hire you. Also, as a 50 years old, some should really consider their availability to move all around Europe all the time, not just acting as a middle age crisis. With all the respect!
Please provide pragmatic, true, documentedinfo here. Me personally, I'd avoid reposting the same thing for some people who don't bother reading a few pages behind. It would really upset me if some of these will have a chance at the same job with the ones who are caring more.

Regarding the middle age crisis...not offended :-) I have been adventurous all my life and worked abroad many times, not just now. So that's not my motivation. But, it is something to consider indeed, having to travel around Europe all the time...
