Well, Nu. We had Bugger all and nowt through our house this weekend, you'd better have had LOADS through yours.
So much for the Gold Coast selling like hot cakes (my A*se). You need the good vibes more than I do, but forgive me for pouting (I'll never be as good as Posh - is that pouting or gurning?) I'd like to think that at least someone has sold their house this weekend??
It'll make me feel so much better. Gawd I want to go home. <sigh>
Loads a luv, chin up chuck

I'm sorry to read all this Nu. I try to teach my kids that what goes around comes around...the MIL will get hers, but it wont be nearly as juicy as you might want it to be
. I hate manipulators because I'm usually the one that's manipulated
. We have our 3rd open house tomorrow, and I think the crossed fingers I was going to have for the sale of ours, I will give to you - you sound like you need it more.
It's really hard, but try to let it wash over you, she'll still be stuck here when you are splashing around in your wellies in sunny England with the biggest smile on your face

Another home open for us tomorrow.....still no buyer after 3.5 months.
I don't wanna be here for Christmas.
Hope we all sell our houses this weekend
Think good thoughts and it'll happen.

Major house selling vibes to all of you! I hope St Joseph gives you all a helping hand (and this from a skeptical atheist!).

Hi Nicola
Terranora is just inland from Coolangatta. All the Real Estate agents claim its 'the' place to move to cos there is a shopping precint and they're building a pub so therefore it seems this makes the place
and some houses are frighteningly expensive here (not ours!!) - we have priced ours realistically and still no-one turned up. Our agent said that all the open homes that he held this weekend were empty, just seems no-one was even out there viewing.
We Got Raine and Horne to drop their price, especially when the boss found out that to move all of us, our stuff and a dog to the otherside of the world was going to be cheaper than selling this house
It was only 1/2% but better than a poke in the eye.

At least you are getting people through the house. The house across the street from me is for sale and has had home opens both days this weekend and not a soul has been through. It will come I am sure Tracey.

Well the cousin is here. Can't believe it. She has been here since Friday, not had a phone call or anything to say 'hey, thanks for the money guy's"...she is here for 10 weeks.

Did you expect one then??
Not saying that she shouldn't have phoned you to thank you....just from what you've said....i didn't think she would...did you?
Any joy with the home open????
The houses up here in the hills are starting to spout under offer signs, they are moving just very very slowly!
