That's news to me. I didn't realise there were special rules about that. It certainly helps to explain why there's no choice of food though.

I know, but there are still stict restrictions in place. That ain't going to change any time soon. We found that when we had no bananas. They still refused to allow imported bananas.

Prices may come down slightly, but not the extent that the majority of UK supermarket fans believe. Most of them think just because Tesco's is here, they'll get the same discounts as they would in the UK. Not going to happen.
