Oh my, Charlie has not been refused admission anywhere, on any grounds, since his annual shaving; he must be more straight acting now.

Back with jerk food. One must, of course, try the Real Jerk.

What with pulled pork and jerk food, I'm beginning to wonder where Charlie gets it from.

I'll have you know that Charlie crawls over me to get to I2C. Either he's not as gay as he looks or I just don't curl his fur.

My daughter had shifts as a lifeguard at both of those pools as well as at Riverdale, Greenwood and Regent Park, and was the swimming coach at Matty Eckler (opposite the welfare mall) before ending up as a shift manager at the pool on the boardwalk. One can pick up a lots of gossip hanging around swimming pools; Riverdale is only for the most broadminded of straight men.
I finally got into Duckworths on Friday after two previous failed attempts (it shut's at 9 and isn't open on Sundays). I enjoyed the fish and chips although the chips were not the fat chunky ones that were my preference at home. It is very well priced.

Is anyone aware of a Fish and Chip shop in Toronto that does that fat chunky style of chips we got back in the UK? I am keen to introduce my flat mate to them.

I don't know of one now. Sadly, the Nova fish bar, a place that once offered the finest dining on Queen St., has gone. That was the only place I knew that offered them.
