I didn't know it was a chain. It's a good restaurant, good food, nice ambiance and miles away from the Beaches.........

But if one prefers Pizza Pizza, munch on I say

Oh.
I was not mocking you Big Ears.

They don't actually have announcements it flashes on a screen.

But really trying to have any dialogue with a Streetcar driver is like pulling teeth. Your best bet is dropping your $3, taking your transfer and just getting on. Save the mouth muscles from any dialogue. Unless you can translate the grunts you get back.

They've an outlet on the north side of Queen, east of Woodbine, west of the Lion on the Beach. You can't get much farther into the Beach than that.

Agreed but I have some sympathy for them, they take a lot of shit from the public. I was on a tram, Gerrard car at about Greenwood, when a passenger stabbed the driver; the crowd went mad demanding to know how long the car would be stopped over the incident.

I agree that they will get their share of stick and you always get people trying to dodge the fare. I ride the Gerrard street car at least once a week and it definately attracts drunks and people on substances.

That aside the TTC is not an easy transit system to ride for outsiders in my opinion. Understanding where to change to get where is ill-signed and ill explained and the driver's don't help the situation as much as I think they should. In the absnece of good information they are the people who make the journeys happen. I am fine with it now but even having lived in Toronto before it took me a few journeys to get back in the swing of understanding it.
