Thank goodness we've got the worst fixtures out the way for a while.

Hopefully Spurs can figure out that cutting edge thing in our games against Fulham and Sunderland and start marching up that table once more.

How come Arsenal play all their games against relegation fodder I thought you were supposed to play everybody twice????

Are you including the Spuds as relegation fodder?

Does Kyle Walker usually try to place the ball under the wall at free kicks? Nice lay off to Rooney for the goal also. Welbeck did well to drag his foot over the keepers hands for the penalty.

With Kyle Walker you get used to expecting the unexpected. He just kind of runs and around and anything can happen.

Mmmmmmmm......

Who knows. I think this a big month. But the games up to the half way point are dare I say it "winnable".

I haven't overly enjoyed the style of play he employs but at the same time understand the need to bed in the 7 new signings.

The Daily Mail do have an agenda against AVB. He is young, handsome and foreign after all......

Either him or Moyes. Perhaps both.

Spurs played quite well really and were unlucky not to win. Very odd of him to have focused on two writers the way he did rather than the match.

OK you heard it here and not a knee jerk reaction Man Utd will not win the EPL.
With essentially the same squad as they won it last year with one has to wonder WTF has gone wrong.
Looking over the 1st team squad as posted on manutd.com this is my opinion

KEEP ; De Gea, Rafael, Evra (one more season anyway), Jones, Evans, Rooney,
Smalling, Hernandez, Lindegaard, Vidic (same as Evra), Carrick, Nani, Van Persie,
Valencia, Kagawa, Buttner, Zaha, Fellaini and Januzaj

The rest sell, swap, barter or whatever to get them away from the club.
Id swap Ashley Young for a dozen Hollands assorted pies and steak puddings at the moment.

Not the same squad.

Scholes has retired and everyone else is a year older.

I think their inability to sign that creative midfielder (replacing Scholes) in their prime has been what has really hurt.

Then there is the fact that RVP a big influence and world class player has been missing in recent weeks.

All that being said I hope the demise is terminal, but given the strength of the clubs balance sheet and P & L I doubt it.

Looks like the Saints run of fortune is coming to an end. Never mind, I PDF'd the table when they were third!

Blow me down! Pardew gets the Manager of the Month for November (not surprisingly) but Tim Krul as Player of the Month was unexpected.

Very welcome though.
