Well done the Toon.
Now Novo just needs to comment on this rather amusing story Joe Kinnear tried to sign midfielder that was already a NEWCASTLE player 2 Nov 2013 22:30 Newcastle had loaned out Shane Ferguson to Birmingham but the Toon director of football tried to sign him after scouting trip http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footba...innear-2670971 |

Re: The Toon Army / EPL thread
Given the number of Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea and Citeh fans on this thread, it's perhaps unsurprising that it has been so quiet on here this weekend.
An interesting set of results, don't you think? <pity the Reed & White stripey buggers won though> |

Re: The Toon Army / EPL thread
Excellent day for the underdogs Newcastle, Sunderland and Man Utd;)
Watching Wengers face when the 4th official put up 3 mins of added time was precious as he wanted more Fergie time. |
Re: The Toon Army / EPL thread
Disgraceful performance against a pretty atrocious team but their goalie decided to have a corker of a game while ours was an OAP. We should have beaten them at least 4-0. Dreadful, just dreadful. :frown:

Re: The Toon Army / EPL thread
I think Ince is getting rather ahead of himself here. Didn't England U21 loose every match at the last tournament?
