Told ya. Get your weekly London Mike for sport gossip etc etc.

Still think what Levy did to Arry was sickening.

Now they're saying AVB is pulling out because they are speaking to other people. Here is hoping.

I don't trust the Press at all on this now.

The position of delusional optimist in this thread is already occupied by yours truly. God loves an optimist, but one is enough:p

We managed 4th,5th,4th with a manger who had little to no tactical awareness and three or four world class players short. With our new future acquisitions, training centre and with a manger who understands tactics other saying "get out there my son", hopefully we can push on. :)

of course you finishing 4th,5th & 4th had nothing at all to do with the manager:confused:which future acquisitions?..i mean you may lose another world class players...im sure AVB's tactical awareness and man management skills will go down a treat at Spurs..look how he had that team togetherness and great tactics at Chelsea and how they won the champions league because of it...oh hang on that wasn't him:huh:

We all know that the chav scum players like Drogba, Lampard and Terry did him in. He'll get the support he needs at Spurs as we aren't chavy scumbags like his last 'club'.

Sigurdsson, Moutinho, Vertonghen, Sturridge and Oscar.

It does look like they will be outlaying some serious cash. This will be helped by the sale of Modric.

We'll know by Christmas if he is any good. I am expecting another Ramos to be honest and have all but written next season off.

I am encouraged by the potential signings though and if AVB doesn't get it right the man who follows him will inherit a very talented squad.

Chelsea have peaked with the Champions League, the Holy Grail. Now, RA will become bored and I doubt he'll reinvest in his aging team very much. That's what I'm hearing (and don't forget that you heard about AVB from me first :D)

AVB cut his teeth with this bunch of bigoted geriatrics. Now, it's time for Spurs to overtake them for the next few years. The future looks pretty bright with the group they've got.
