Bike accident update.
Initially the ICBC adjuster dealing with my claim said that the driver was 100% at fault.
I am still injured - My Drs have ****ed up twice getting me an ortho referral , i will still have to wait a year to see one !
My lawyer has organized a provate referral and MRI - cost approx $3000, but not an issue if win case . . .
BUT yesterday my Laywer received ICBCs defence lawyers response that they are now denying liability !!
Pissed off is an understatement .
in a segregated bike lane, slowed to stop at lights, truck to left had no indicator PLUS managed to move a large concrete bollard in his wonky right turn manoeuvre or a junction that the City have now made no right turn!

Was there a police report putting blame on driver?

No , because ambulance and fire truck were already at scene when police arrived, fire told then they were good to go !
