There has been some case law recently holding a cyclist responsible for being hit when undertaking a car , cyclist was on hard shoulder going thru a junction. Hubby thinks it may be to do with that , but no cases involving separated bike lanes.
Waiting to speak / meet with lawyer.

So, over a year after the accident, tomorrow I get to see an Ortho surgeon to try to decide whats up with my knee.
If I hadn't pushed and employed a lawyer, I'd be waiting at least bother year . As it is, this is costing the lawyer and gets claimed off ICBC at them end. . . .
