I had just come in from 45 minutes of shovelling the driveway and sidewalk I'll have you know missy!

Now I'll have to go out and do it again this evening.

Here's some of the snow I took off the driveway today. It's a fair bit but, tbh, this wasn't the worst snowfall of the week, nevermind the era.

I'll bow to Novo, if he'll comment, as I'm a fahrenheit man myself, but this:

http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...4/ai_n16642818

indicates that "celcius" is some neo-fad term for Centigrade.

Nothing to explain , you were right.

Celcius and Centigrade temp scales are effectively the same thing, short story is that Centigrade was renamed in honour of Celcius for the work he did in the field of thermodynamics. Long story is boring and tedios and is no doubt on wikipedia

I've no idea what celcius is. Celsius on the other hand is synonymous with centrigrade. Whoever said that Celsius is the SI scale for temperature, may have forgotten about Kelvin.

Never worked that one out really, thought the whole point of sweat was that it was cold. Or is it that you are cold, but sweat? In which case lay off the chilli.
