We have crocuses! Tulips are pushing through too, they were under the snow! It makes you reaffirm your belief big time in the fact that you can make it through till spring...I feel I can do it because I have a wood burning stove and Netflix...don't know where I'd be without them. Yeah! That winter rubbish has gone till next October...at least.

Happy days!!! Sunny and 11 degrees. Had a nice walk in the woods and found a lake to lounge beside for a while.

Today I rode without gloves and without a jacket! It's all melting and there's a river flowing down the driveway. I am going to guess that, by the end of April, I shall be able to go out in shoes rather than boots.
Picture, taken early this afternoon, for anyone far away who thinks it actually warm here.

They're Mennonites, yes. There's a church up the street with parking for fifty or so buggies. The picture was taken around 1:30, after the service ended. If I'd waited a few minutes there would have been people on bicycles, on foot and, oddly, recumbent bicycles.

I should have a horse like that, but I'd probably need a Percheron/ Suffolk punch (sigh). He is beautiful though.
