I can't remember the last time I used a hairdryer to dry my hair. It's a Jolly Useful tool for various aspects of winter in Canada (or the NE of England)... ;)

My local stores are no longer selling crochet hooks & accoutrements. I'm irrationally annoyed, while muttering "first world problems" to myself.

Makes sense better to give a patient a disease they can cure/treat then to have them die waiting for an organ.

I would choose a diseased liver that the doctors can treat vs dying.

I know of many houses that have garage access from inside. I lived in one previously. It's very convenient.
