Of course. With a little bit dug out (or pressed down) like a shallow volcano so the yolk can sit in it and not run over the edge.

Have you seen the news reports about Amazon's warehouses in the sky with packages being delivered by drones?

I'm imagining a drone at the front door and some remote pilot trying to get it to ring the doorbell.

What fun the security services would have with all these drones leaving the sky based warehouse, like some kind of alien invasion.

Eeeeeerm ... I could lie..
We used to open and no one wanted to come in so scrapped it.
Snoop and I are on call for our call-group for all the nursing homes in town and hospice house from 23rd December until 3rd January so I don't feel too guilty ;)

My doctor is in South Africa, but I think he only works in Canada part-time based on how much his office says he is in South Africa, but he always has a doctor fill in and they are always nice doctors, so no complaints.

Do you hate that as much as I do? I can't stand it when yolk runs over the edge and onto the plate then congeals...

They are not as bad as the ones up the valley, they are even worse- especially the arrogant British ones, they are never there in the Summer, always on the golf course or bombing around in their flash cars, and in the Winter, up at their large gaffs up at Whistler... Unbelievable..

I don't mind 'mopping' it up with bread/toast but depending on what you're having with it, you may not be able to absorb it and it just gets pushed around the plate.

Worse case scenario, I'll lick the plate    but you have to be so careful with an egg - all that effort in cracking it just right so you don't break the yolk; getting it in the pan without breaking yolk; flipping it over without breaking yolk and, finally, removing it without breaking yolk...it's almost criminal to then have yolk spillage having taken all that care. Not that I'm in any way obsessed, of course.
