Anyone know this guy?

Seems someone in Australia found a Go Pro in the ocean while fishing, and the SD card survived and he was able to recover the data and is now looking for the owner who they believe is Canadian. The person who found the camera and recovered the data believes it was lost sometime between 2010 and 2012 in Australia.

Renting isn't looking good across Canada.

Does make one wonder if this man did have a GP if his cancer would have been diagnosed earlier or if further testing would have been done or a specialist referral.

I was reading just a couple of days ago that the vacancy rate here is 2 point something % - rather than the 10 something when it started to get problematic for me. If I could have held on another 3 years I might not have needed to accept such a low sale.

Another condo strata facing huge increase in their insurance, seems there are less underwriters willing to share the risk so premiums are increasing.
The strata in the article paid $66,000 in premiums in 2019, for 2020 the premiums increased to $588,000 but looks like the strata chose to have less insurance coverage and reduced their premium to $244,000 bet they are under-insured now.
Seems the strata will have to do a special levy and increase strata fees, the building is apparently on 1 year old.

I don't think I would buy a condo with all these stories out there.

Think she's protecting you? The only wiener dog I ran into regularly was very protective of his mistress.

Yeah she is being protective, its their nature they don't like strangers for the most part and takes them time to build trust with people they don't know, they tend to be as a breed suspicious of those they don't know and highly protective over their family.
