Thankfully I am not disabled in any way, can still walk and talk (much to their surprise) and have passed all the cognitive tests.

I'm awaiting resr resuts to ascertain if i need vascular sugery but i'm really doimg bery well.

Shocking news Siouxie & very sorry to read that. Relieved to also read that you are doing so well.

Sending over hugs and healing thoughts from all across the miles and wish you a speedy recovery.

Take care

I heard a bit of this on the radio this morning and tracked it down.

A Walk in New York: Sound portrait from 1958 - CBC Player

Very atmospheric, the sound of footsteps on the sidewalk, the voice of one of Regina's finest and the odd sax in the background.

Well the good news is that you've been alerted to the problem and hopefully the alert itself won't have any lasting effect. No doubt there are meds around that'll reduce the ongoing risks.

Best wishes for a full recovery

You are in the right place to be fixed, probably one of the best places too. Can't help thinking that you're a walking miracle with that history. Medical Dynorod will have you fixed up and good as new very soon.

PS. Should you have posted this in the "Things that make you feel old" thread?
