I bought a kitchen faucet online from Costco. I got a nice message from UPS telling me it had been delivered but it hadn't. Advised Costco who sent me another. Then the neighbour came round and said "I have a package for you". Told Costco to cancel the replacement shipment but no response. So now have two faucets. One of which I *should* take back I suppose.

Years ago I walked out of Sainsbury’s without paying for a large bottle of fabric conditioner.
My daughter was sat in the trolley and I’d put it down the side where she was sitting. I didn’t notice until I lifted her out when I got to my car. I took it back to customers service...the staff laughed at me for going back into the store.
I was so relieved I hadn’t been stopped as I was walking out of the store for ‘stealing’ it.

Doubtless I'll eventually do that - after one has been installed (in case its damaged or missing parts) and when I pick a time at my local Costco when the return line is short.

Costco has a very good returns policy such that, some people, use something for a period of time and then return it for a full and no questions asked refund.

Not sure if it would have made a difference because of the passengers age, however it should not take a flight crew 10 mins to locate emergency equipment.

Last Thanksgiving I got a turkey from a local farm - delicious. Then at the weekend after I was going to make a turkey, leek and ham pie to take to a friends house. I didn't want to use the ultra expensive turkey, so I went to the local supermarket the day after Thanksgiving to buy a half price organic turkey. It was only when I got home that I realised it hadn't been scanned, the guy at the checkout but it in a bag before scanning it and forgot!
I was thinking of taking it back, but then I remembered all the food I have brought from that store that I have had to throw out, often the next day, because it was rotten - they have cost me loads over the years. I even had a watermelon filled with mold when I cut it open a day after buying it! Seemed like Karma......

Lady gets annoyed a student driver is driving too slow.
Uses phone to take photos and then passes illegaly.
Calls police who review camera footage from the driving school video.
Issues fines to driver who called police.
Not the way the driver expected it to end.
She also missed her court date to contest fines. But she does live 3 hours from the court.
