ROFL - that was my initial reaction too! I'm sure that's why they were giggling :p

They don't all sound like that though :)

The work environment is frustrating, I dont really fit in being almost 40 when nearly everyone is under 25. Its very cliquey.

I am also frustrated that I keep getting passed over for better positions despite being experienced and qualified. Apparently 20 year old with 2 mos experience are more suitable.

Stay strong JS, keep going and hopefully it will pass... it's not uncommon to feel that way. after a few months. The initial concentration and getting through the probationary period is over, which gives you more time to think about the things you don't like about it. It's just a 'hump' in the road, not the end of it...

:)

Here's hoping they put on a great show

It was a really good show, great staging and graphics. AL does a good job and yeah, we all know he's not Freddie (I had lots of conversations with OH, who doesn't rate AL), but he can entertain a crowd, Roger Taylor is still fab on drums and Brian May is fab on guitar. Oh and OH said AL was really good too ;)

I saw them in Calgary 3 years ago, they are getting up there in age but if they decide to tour North America again I will definitely go!

Subway apparently is a high risk area- you're gonna have to pack a piece......(No Bristol, not a piece of cheese)

Why?- is my question What is to stop anyone just grabbing the gun and doing all sorts of bad things- good ol' Murica!

Cheek.
I know packing a piece from Ed McBain's 87th Precinct novels

I did wonder if you meant Subway a place or a sandwich shop though.

Yeah - the dangerous version of Subway rather than the safe dark passageways full of shady subculture, that's safe as houses....it clearly is the world of the chicken pizzeola on Italian herb and cheese which is clearly more threatening and potentially dangerous.

The fridge and the kids were a bit of a clue btw ;)

I considered that but I've never been inside one nor seen inside one  (inside a Subway, not a fridge )

It looked like several convenience stores I have been in.

I would have expected some sort of counter with food and stuff to have been essential for a Subway and I couldn't see one.

Not that I had any inclination to do so but the stupid thing was that, whilst he was ordering his food, I could have just gone up and joined the queue behind him and just grabbed it, it was literally just tucked into his pants....not exactly secure

When I was in the Army in the UK, we were flying out of Gatwick. One of the armed police there was trying to impress what looked like an air hostess in a place to eat food. He allowed her to place one of his handcuffs on his own wrist and she then attached the other end to a leg of the table. Unable to resist, I grabbed his other hand and removed his sidearm from its holster, told him what a prick he was, and then left it on the table and walked away.

I expected to be hassled by him a few moments later, but I assume he was sufficiently embarrassed to think better of doing so.

Truly shocking.

What a pair of culturally insensitive in-bred ass-clowns. It's probably time for them to stop touring. For a long time I thought Charles had been rehabilitated but I guess I was wrong.

It's got nothing to do with breeding or being insensitive - the giggle loop can hit anyone at anytime.....

I suppose one of the Trudeaus could commit some incredible faux-pas before the sun goes down. When I was learning to train dogs my instructor said "Never say your dog would never do something, because he will, just to make a liar out of you."
The 10 Worst Diplomatic Faux Pas By Famous Politicians - Listverse

Not listed, (he was only mayor of Thunder Bay), was Walter who actually patted the queen on the bum. They had to climb some stairs onto a dais and when she hesitated he just gave her a little boost, "You can do it." It caused quite a stir, but he didn't care.

Let's hope HM doesn't trip and go down one day and expose her royal Big Girl knickers while those two assholes are in the room. She (HM) will witness the giggle loop at first hand.
