Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread
Had a chat with store assistant today.
Assistant... How's your day going today sir? Gave stock answer. Me... Not bad. Woke up so I'm still alive. Assistant... Yes, it's always good to lower your expectations. Thinking about it later, I'm not sure that staying alive features low in the expectations department. |

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread
We have loads of pots and pans but there's one particular size that I have missed since throwing it out as the non stick coating was peeling off.
I've been looking for a replacement for ages but I haven't seen anywhere selling individual ones except for really pricey ones. I even checked the salvation army store in case they had an odd one. Today I had a quick look around Homesense while waiting for my stepdaughter who works there and I noticed a 'clearance' display with many individual pans. There was one exactly the size I needed and the most gorgeous blue. $40 down to $20. I keep looking over at it on the draining rack. :o |

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread
Today I was in a place called Kitchener. It's an unattractive town though not as rough as Barrie nor as ugly as Cambridge. I passed a sidewalk hoarding, I didn't get a good picture with my phone but the images in my head will last a while. It advertised BED BUG RESISTANT SHEETS.
