PiffPoff - wow - good for you - you go girl !

flipflop - you are dedicated - I am so impressed

I'm stuck this week, no loss for two weeks - got child off school under the weather, we've been hunkering down last couple of days, going a bit stir crazy and my house is gleaming and all the ironing is done - this is truly a boring miracle !! :D but no extra pounds off :frown:

all that extra cleaning must have burnt off a few extra calories.maybe it will be a delayed loss and may show up next week. good luck.:)

well done everyone!
ann - you've probably whittled your waist rather than losing the lbs! :)

very happy to report a 3lb loss this week (was way more than i was expecting) and am putting it down to the 5+miles I've run this week. will certainly be making the effort in the coming weeks to go running 2-3 times a week :D

got a party tomorrow night for OH's birthday, am planning on having a few  (well wine) but as I don't drink much these days will probably conk out at 3 glasses!!

So forced myself off for my weigh in, and scrapped by loosing 1/2 lb!

Not a great acheivement, but going in the right direction, especially with christmas looming!

I've not been dieting much over the last couple of weeks... had a romantic disappointment, and then decided to take a break from the diet thing for a while. However, I'm still trying to be relatively careful about what I eat, and my evening eating hasn't gone back to Jabba the Hut proportions.

I'm probably going to start again properly in the new year...

Well... after a month of not working out, I now feel very gross - feeble and slothy. Tomorrow I am going to get back at it and sweat 5-6 days a week.

There, I've said it.

Good for you Peas!

After years of not doing a thing, my 3 times a week is going great and if I bundle my 3 days close together and have 3-4 days off I really feel it. It must be doing me good.

This thread is about ten weeks old now.

I've lost 6 lbs. Not exactly falling off me (and I could do with losing a good 20lbs) - but I guess the scales are very slowly going in the right direction  As I've said before, I don't like to rush into these things

I can't be bothered to add it all up right now - but between us I reckon we've maybe lost several stones?? Exfats? Good name.

Keep going everyone :thumbsup::thumbsup:

ps - also love the festive Mona HWP ....
