oh yes, and another 1lb down tonight so that makes if officially 21lbs since June 2006 - hopefully by losing it this slowly it will definitely be staying off!! lol :D

hi guys, just had to share my news with anyone who will listen.. i lost 3lb this week which means i have reached a loss of 3 stone. im soooo happy.:)

Dear fellow dieters
This week I report a loss of minus 2kgs. Or should that be a gain of plus two?:o Had a great weekend, lunch with the girls on Friday, cheesesteak and fries, two glasses of wine. Supper was only spuds and squash. then friends round for drinks and nibbles. Yesterday was scrambled egg for breakie, then late lunch out with OH, poutine:eek:. Supper we had chinese food, and it was good, with martinis, and wine. Sadly no room for any chocolate. So where doyou think I am going wrong? I cant see it myseld;) - maybe I should eat more vegetables with it..................:rofl: Seriously. tomorrow, must get started again. Where can I buy willpower? |

Mon - Fish n chips Tues - Chinese takeaway Wed - far too much wine Thurs - too much vodka Fri - Salad Sat - Curry wine & vodka Sun - pie n pea Monday weigh in and guess what put on 4 lbs - It took me 8 weeks to loose that....... :curse: Oh my god; time to get tough! :thumbdown::o Good luck everyone else, please dont follow my really bad example. :unsure: |
