At least I still have a sense of humour.

I'd give you a healthy maybe almost 'youthful' look out on life

But I wouldn’t lump you in with the pre-schoolers on here

I can still read your responses, the pre-schoolers are ignored

So if someone quotes a person on your 'ignore list' does the quote get blanked or do you get to read the quote?

I do. The lucky members of my ignore list rarely, if ever, inspire anyone to quote them.

If enough people put the same person on ignore, then there is no one left to quote themI wonder how often people read the quoted bit anyway?

Its more that wonderful sense of catharsis you get when consigning people who annoy you to the ignore list that makes it worth while...I always found morbit curiosity got the better of me and I would sneak a peak eventually anyway

I think it works really well. You get to ignore all the drivel, but on the rare occasion the ignored person posts something interesting or relevant then you can be sure that someone will quote them for you.

I used to take sneak peeks, but after a few goes it becomes a simple reminder that those on the list are that pathetic and pointless you stop looking..
Maybe that how this place works, your ignore list grows, you read less, then you move on

He moved from creating ignore lists to a moderator and is now obliged to read all the mindless drivel posted

Iaink.. that could be considered “ not the smartest move possible”
