Apparently one of his posts was deemed "unfunny".
He was later found guilty by Ray and sentenced to two weeks at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center. Contentious, considering the brutal rituals placed upon prison inmates in the Philippines...

Seems to me that kicking someone out for two weeks, or whatever the designated cooling off period so happens to be, is childish.
If someone is really that bad then there should be a lifetime ban. Period. Otherwise live and let live.
If posters here don't like what someone says then they should ignore the message. no one is 'putting a gun to their heads'.
As I said this 2 week persona non grata nonsense is rather childish.
