i live in a small town near colchester , with 1 road in and out and surrounded by fields and water so most of our crime is violence and anti social behaviour. When you get up on sat or sun morning and have to sweep up smashed bottles from the lane before you can move your car or have to listen to the shouting and swearing all night from the drunken yobs it does make you think about finding somewhere else to live but the prob does seem to be almost everywhere in the UK . I think that anti social behaviour is what most people in the UK are fed up with more than anything else , although violent crime does seem to be on the increase since we have been letting in more and more eastern Europeans , and no im not being racist and please please dont acuse me of being so but if you follow the news youll notice that more and more people who are caught there days all have eastern European names

It does happen but to be quite honest most of the people I've dealt with are white British people by birth.

Just because it's happening where YOU live doesn't mean it's happening everywhere else.

I certainly do disagree with your opinion that "most of the UK' is blighted with violent, drunken yobs yelling all night, and where people have to sweep up broken glass in the morning.

Who'd have thunk Canada would have drunken yobs running around at night. Dirty little funksters. Still other than that and a high number of bicycle thefts highlighted on posters around the area, there's no crime in Canada. I feel blessed

I'm amazed at the number of people who think the UK is full of scary teenagers. Pussies.

Hmmm... For five years I lived in a small town near Colchester, with one road in and out surrounded by fields and water too.

However, if I did live in a yobby bit and wanted to live in a not-yobby bit, I wouldn't necessarily decide that I'd be best off moving to Canada - as you seemed to imply.

of course
