I have a big suspicion you are a boy after my own heart? Where is life without the Archers? I am a confirmed nut, have been for the last God Knows How Long....Sunday isn't Sunday withought Ambridge.

Today I had those pitiful bacon rashers from Loblaws that almost resemble real bacon, fried eggs, fried bread, real Heinz bean (fried), fried tomatoes, fried mushrooms and a cup of tea(Glengettie), fried.

If you'll pardon the expression it's been ages since I had a good sausage.

Keep using that oil...pretty soon your eggs will be coated in burnt teflon.

No-stick pans are meant to be used SANS oil at low heat, the only thing that eggs should be cooked in is a cast iron skillet...

In my opinion of course...

Pork! Shortage be damned! PC Hot Italian sausage x 2, 2 eggs (easy over), 1/4 can baked beans, 2 slices toast,(Country Harvest Sunflower Flax)*, and a whole pot of coffee.
*I buy a lot of bread @ the Calypso** rack in Wholesale Club
**Calypso = Dayyyyy - O. Dayyyy - old bread. Often carries an expiry date 4 or 5 days hence and keeps in the freezer. 99 cents

Two soft boiled eggs but without soldiers as according to HID we as a household are not eating bread at the moment or potatoes either. Try having a shepherds pie without mash, its just mince.

That seems wise, I had eggs, beans, and toast and the pea soup's heating up for lunch.
The chicken and the hamburger are having a defrosting race in my refrigerator. Maybe I'll have hamburguesa recallo con queso. Hmmmm I could use those chicken thighs and some of the frozen shrimp and the habanero sausage in a jambalya. The Ukrainian Co-op here has a habenero sausage that's reminiscent good Portuguese chorizo, except it isn't marinated so no wine taste.

You said...."in your opinion". That is valid provided you are a dietician or some other medical expert in that field
