[QUOTE=batty-x-ray;5286807]So why arent you bitter about someone earning say £100,000 and getting child benefit when they obviously dont need this handout, and this woman getting benefits, apart from that she has more than your mate?[/QUOTE

Because they went out and earned it probably working 60 and 70 hours per week to make that cash. jees are you a man hater or a feminist

I am not winding you up. I have created some children and funded them decently despite being estranged. I don't like to see other men f u c k and run. To my mind this chap is making a feeble contribution.

I think we are going to have have to agree to disagree here DBD although I am curious If the guy earns`£1400 net his mortgage on his modest two bed flat is £450 £73k mortgage (due to the uk housing market) £130 council tax £120 travel (on the bus he cant afford a car) £200 loan for debt reasons house insurance gas and electricity another £130, before maintainance how much do you think he should pay (just curious)

Batty is probably right by the way I am a little close to the case I'M boiling blood again just thinking about the poor guy and her with her private plate and cruise contriol and out every weekend thanks to her additional benefits.

I applauded you for doing your best by your children but I'm sure even you had to eat?

But that's the thing. If you create children you have to pay for them. If you choose to leave the mother you have to continue to support them and, if you want to eat, you have to earn more. Had he not left the family would have received £1400 from him, if he wants to leave and buy a flat he should generate the money for that on top of paying a sensible portion of the £1400. 350 isn't a sensible portion, especially considering he's paying 450 for a flat that benefits only himself.

This girl would need to earn £40k a year to earn this money on her own, maybe I just need to wake up and smell the coffee but I can't for the life of me see where She should get this much benefit.

Sorry girls but I can't see where you can defend this WOMAN she mucks up they fall out she makes half his earnings and takes home twice as much due to the fact that she is a single parent (thru choice).

First of all I am no boy I am 35 years of age(well nearly although that is maybe not a good thing) my wife works for womens aid and I am the first to stick up for women who get a rough deal, but you would be right that I am a bit psssed at the UK benefits system and I have already referred the case to my partner.
And how old are these "girls"???

I rest my case Mr 34 and three quarters

He left her because she was Shagging somebody else (which she blamed on him as he was`working all the time), he also let her stay in the house that he owned whilst continuing to pay the bills for 6 months. and you can,t buy sh*t here for under £70k (1 bedroom) so unless he stays with his parents he has no option not to pay that.

I may be totally wrong, and if I am I apologise in advance, but I do believe there was a thread where you mentioned receiving government assistance somewhere around $1100 a month for an autistic child. I remember being dumbfounded by it having mentioned raising a handicapped child myself, without assistance, but being in a different province seemed to be the deciding factor on getting help. It seems rather odd given your comment above.

She has 3 kids two to my mate and one to another guy.

Maintainance from my friend £385 per month
Other Childs Dad £250 per month
WORKING TAX CREDIT £250 A WEEK £1083 A MONTH
And another £150 or so child benefit.

Giving her a average weekly take home of over £600 a week.:curse::curse:

Fairness in the UK your having a f*****g laugh, and my friend is toiling after he pays her and the his own mortgage. To make matters worse she has a new car with a private plate, O and she gave him a lift the other night and asked if he liked her cruise control (you couldn't make this sh*t up).

This is one reason out of serval hundreds why Simon and I want to leave the UK. The area we live in is filled with hundreds of people like this. It drives Simon crazy, but its too late for the UK to do anything about this now..........................The UK is the pits
