This girl would need to earn £40k a year to earn this money on her own, maybe I just need to wake up and smell the coffee but I can't for the life of me see where She should get this much benefit.
girl??? is she a child?

90 a week, does that include a portion towards, the house, the heating, the car etc etc??

A womens point of view (no offence) he also gave her £15k towards buying her house as he wanted to aid his children, and the fact that she screwed about (hence the reason why they split up) he takes all three too the pictures or anything else on any kids night out (splits for half the xmas presents), on all three kids so that the other kid is not left out makes him generous and her a gready cow in my book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But she is working, and has kids and is single. So you think she should work full time??

Basically we dont really know as we arent those people. You have heard it from one side. What annoyed me about your posts was that you seem to assume that she shouldnt have any money other than what she earns herself, and that she certainly shouldnt have any enjoyment out of it. Whatever makes you so bitter about it all??

Well maybe you pay taxes to live in a heathy educated society, maybe that is what you get for your money.

I dont have children and I dont begrudge paying taxes to fund education and healthcare etc as I hope that my reward will be a better society for me to live in.

Child benefit, does everyone get that- whether they "need " it or not, thats a hand out too. do you get that or would you hand it back and say no, not me i will support myself?? Do you pay less tax if you have children?? Or hand it back??

She lives about 2 mins from the school, must be great to be female where the guy the relationship gets shafted when he f**ks up and when she f**ks up he gets shafted again (apologies for the expletives).

Sorry girls but I can't see where you can defend this WOMAN she mucks up they fall out she makes half his earnings and takes home twice as much due to the fact that she is a single parent (thru choice).

Batty

Everybody gets Child benefit, although we do not get tax credits because we earn over a certain amount which in the Uk you get punished for.

I just think we all get the same chance in life sorry!!! so why should people get bailed out from the government especially ones playing the system: Another reason for seeking new shores I guess.

Look BOY, people should be responsible for their actions, especially when their actions result in children.

I am not sure whether you are sour and bitter about the benefits system or, more likely women .

BTW professionally you should direct this woman to a colleague, you are way too involved.

Absent parents should help to fully support their kids. What annoys me is the inequity. Some single parents get everything, others vary little

I got £30 a week for 2 kids, had to take out a bigger mortgage to buy by ex's half of the house. He worked full time and I part time. I just wans't ruthless enough.

There should be just a standard process so everyone gets a fair deal, not let it depend on the willingness of the absent parent or the tenacity of the parent with the kids.

So why arent you bitter about someone earning say £100,000 and getting child benefit when they obviously dont need this handout, and this woman getting benefits, apart from that she has more than your mate?

First of all I am no boy I am 35 years of age(well nearly although that is maybe not a good thing) my wife works for womens aid and I am the first to stick up for women who get a rough deal, but you would be right that I am a bit psssed at the UK benefits system and I have already referred the case to my partner.
