Been a heavy couple of days. 
Been out for a meal with my sisters, mum and BILs, a glass of red and home to bed. Hot chocolate for me now, but I'll join you next time.

Just got a reply from our morgage lender, they have valued the house we're buying at £10k less, cue interesting chat with estate agent who seems very shocked. He's on the phone to the guy who did the valuation whilst we're sat there............ get this, the p***k is asking him to meet half way, as if i want to spend 5 grand more than i have to
. So as it stands we may not be buying, in which case we won't be selling:curse:.
So right now i'm cooking the tea, whilst drinking vodka with out a care in the world - its HAPPY HOUR in the bar who's for a drink
