BUT back on top form Im still happy to be on that waiting list might not sell this year but who cares next year will be fine so long as the place sells or I will go nutsthen I can take it out on the bugger who tried to under cut our value on the property:curse:he said since it was late in the year and we would be better to put it on the market for 109.000hell we had a quote last year at 125.000 starting price and this bloody freak comes out with crap like that:curse:tell ya the sod is lucky I was not suffering at that point or he would have got it right between the eyeballs I can see me letting the sod have it yet as he is also our lawyer :curse:I think a small drinky poos is in order Im not pushing my luck thats it rant over
