Hey Hellosivahere pre ganat letter is not only for onshore. My CO sent a pre grant letter mentioning my initial entry date to AUS with advised to send VAC2 to issue final grant letter.

I called DIAC 3 times and always asked, After converting from 175 to 176 why i am not getting priority (in polite way), worked for me.

I have a CO since 11 May, and I submitted all the documents since 02 July. No status updated since then, just wonder how long am I going to wait? (medical finalized and I am from low risk country)

Yeah, I've seen loads of cases where the medicals were finalised and the visa was granted within a week.

Yes true, It always take more then 15 min to get connected with callcenter person.

I used this number 0061300364613.

You can use internet phone ww .callcentric. com which i am using but should have good internet connection, mine is 256 kpbs.

I called DIAC several times, that were before I lodged my application. I had no problem speaking with the call centre - the wait no more than 5 min. My secret was to call the moment their office hour starts.

Navneet, how do you know that it worked for you? All that you can be sure of is it held up CO's no less than 3 times. If everyone decides to do the same then the CO's will have no time left to issue any visas
