Steve's family know's where she is and have made contact with her today but she was nice to nice and that makes me worry when she's being a bitch you know where you stand with her. Say's she will do it but at a cost, Steve has to give up his parents right to her. But as he doesn't see her it makes no differents. But the wind could change tomorrow and she could change her mind. We did do a statment that he has no contact but thats not good enough.

So this is all going to take time. Which is madness has we have been doing nothing and just waiting for ages and this could have all been asked for then. That is why I'm so fed up!:curse:

This is really bugging me now, I'm absolutely fuming about the manipulation some exes come up with over kids.

Tina, as it has to go through the courts to have PR removed (from what I can gather anyway) would your CO accept a stat dec from yourselves explaining that her blackmail is the only way that she'll do what the CO is after? I can't believe that DIAC would want to put anyone in that position, whether it be yourselves or the child. Can you get hold of your CO to run it by them?

Think we are going to see if she will do it 1st. all she wants is a letter from Steve saying he will give up his parents rights and she's not cluded up enoght to know this would never stand up if we was to change our mind when she has helped us our. Playing her at her own game is only fair

Yep, understand where you're coming from. But, (big, huge but) surely it can't hurt to explain to the CO what she's said? I honestly cannot believe that DIAC would allow this to happen as a consequence of their request, so if they know what the cow's come out with they may be prepared to go with a stat dec. Maybe its me being naive here, but I honestly can't believe they would let it go that far for a visa.

they get involved with anything to do with children and the courts they advise what best for kids etc etc.

PM my mrs ( katsmajic )she should be in later we had to goto court for removal of her ex PR and give me permission to take kids to Oz.

My mrs is quite clued up on this stuff.

Really feeling for you guys at the moment Tina I can't believe that they've had you app for nearly 4 months and then on the eve of you getting the visa they ask you for more.

It's a disgrace ( they can't take mine off me for saying that can they ), I'd send you some Karma but it won't let me send you any more at the moment.

Fed up but so glad we had lots of visa grants on here today. Our agent had never had this happen before and if it was ever gunna happen it was gunna happen to us:curse:

They cant take your visa but i could sneak into you house and nick it as it looks like they only way I'm gunna get my hands on 1 ha ha.

Why are you on here you should be out of it by now on beer and cake know I would.
