I am really very happy with my CO.
Yesterday I uploaded my Police Certificate and today I found the online status of Police certificate 'MET'. That means they are updating my file regularly (As soon as they get). Now I am waiting for my spouse Police certificate.
Hope for the best.

did you co request you pcc and medical check in attached
request for information.pdf file ? Please advise, thank you.
Also, could you forward me the section of request of pcc
in your request fo information.pdf file ? Thanks.

Yes my CO requested PCC and Med in pdf file.
Actually what you want me to forward I didn't understand.

My co send me the e-mail with two attached pdf files.
One is "Form 1071i Health Requirements(permanent entry)"
another is "request for information.pdf"
Please refer to attached picture as health requirement in my
request for information.pdf.
I have two questions as below since your co requested medical check
and PCC.
1.May I have PCC requirement description in your "request for information.pdf?
2.Are there 3rd attached file regarding PCC instruction from co's mail ?
Please kindly advise, thank you.

For medical check, I need to fill out form 26EH and 160EH,
there is a box named office use only for TRN******
Should we also need to write the following info as insturcted in
request for information.pdf ?
2. Complete the “Office use only” box to indicate:
● the visa class applied for: VE 175
● the file reference number *********
● the ICSE Request ID number ********
For medical check, I need to fill out form 26EH and 160EH,
there is a box named office use only for TRN******
Should we also need to write the following info as insturcted in
request for information.pdf ?
2. Complete the “Office use only” box to indicate:
● the visa class applied for: VE 175
● the file reference number *********
● the ICSE Request ID number ********

My CO just sent me only one pdf file.
in that file he requests me to provide following requirements:
1. Health Requirements
2. Character requirements
nothing else. no 1071 form or anything like this.

If it says "Office use Only", then we are not supposed to fill that section.

I didn't fill that box as I didn't have any CO when I did my Med.
I did my Med and next day got CO when my Med result was on the way to Sydney...
