Really surprised to get our case officer so quick as after we had read all the other blogs really thought it would be months. Medical checks have now been requested as have police checks. HAD OUR VISA GRANTED TODAY!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

GOOD LUCK to everyone else applying on Novembers thread. We have until Dec 8th 2010 to enter Australia.

TRA passed June '09
State Sponsorship approved August '09
Visa application lodged 3 November '09
CO appointed 18 November '09
Medicals sent off 3rd Dec '09
Police checks finalised 21st Jan '10
Visa granted 22nd January 2010

I just got a e-mail from Skill Matching Database Help Desk , Department of Immigration and Citizenship, and it shows my detail has been included in the Your details have been included in the Skill Matching Database. I was wondering if there is anybody also receive that e-mail ?

However, my status remain the same as "application has been commenced".

Timeline : Nov. 22, 2009 VE175 online lodgement with CSL+MODL occupation.
